Q. How Do I Make A Purchase?

Q. Can I order by telephone?

A. We do not accept payments by telephone. All orders must be made through our secure payment system on our website.

Q. Who am I buying from?

A. www.maruswim.com is owned and operated by D.C. Sports Ltd. We are an award winning service provider who have been established for over 18 years. We pride ourselves on providing excellent products with first class customer service.

Q. What shipping fee will I be charged?

A. As most of our goods are light in weight, most can be sent via standard post. This keeps our shipping charges at reasonable prices (UK - £2.75, Ireland - £2.75 (equiv Euro), Europe - €6.00, ROW - €10.00).

Q. What happens if the item I buy does not fit or I am unsatisfied with it?

A. We are totally committed to your satisfaction. Occasionally things can go wrong. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, simply return to us in its original condition (the item must be unworn, in original packaging and have all swing tags still attached). This should be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will then either replace the item or refund your money - what ever you prefer.

Q. Do you do special deals for swimming clubs?

A. Yes we do, we would be delighted to offer our services to your club or school and very often we can provide you with a VOUCHER system that will enable you members/pupils to avail of discouted rates. Click here for more.

A. D.C. Sports uses a secure payment system for online orders called Worldpay. WorldPay is operated by the Royal Bank of Scotland and is an established leader in online order payment management. WorldPay uses state-of-the-art encryption to protect our customers from fraud. Your card details are never recorded or controlled from within our offices which adds further security to our payment system.
