Tracking updates may take some time to appear. If there’s no update after 48 hours, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has shipped. For assistance, please contact the courier directly with your tracking information.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, or contact the courier directly. Our support team is also here to help if you still cannot locate your order.
