Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging where applicable. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, women's and girls' swimwear must be returned with the protective hygiene seal intact. We cannot accept returns of swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed, damaged, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.

All swimwear must be returned in its original condition and must not show signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, chlorine, sand, marks, stains, or any other indication of use.

We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear.

To start a return, please use our returns portal. Once your return request has been submitted, you'll be provided with instructions on how to return your item.

UK returns are free of charge.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale and clearance items, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts and promotional items
  • Custom or personalised products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

For hygiene reasons, women's and girls' swimwear returned without the protective hygiene seal intact may not be eligible for return unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
