How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Delivery (Delivered by Royal Mail)

  • Due to the impact of COVID-19 and other recent global events, Royal Mail may be slower than usual and potential delivery delays and service interruptions are expected. At this time we are unable to guarantee expedited shipping options to some locations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • UK - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 2-3 working days
  • IRE/EUR - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days
  • USA and Rest of World - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 7-14 working days

Next Working Day Delivery (Delivered by DPD)

  • Orders must be placed by 3 PM (Monday - Friday) in order to qualify. Your order will then be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3 PM on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the next working day (Monday).

Can I track my order?

This will depend on the delivery method chosen. If a tracked delivery option is chosen tracking will be provided by our delivery partner on despatch via email/SMS.

What do I do if I miss my delivery?

Royal Mail: If no one is available to sign for the Royal Mail delivery, they will leave a calling card to let you know delivery was attempted detailing instructions on how to arrange collection of the package, usually from a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection of the goods.

Courier: The courier will either leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or they will email/text you to advise delivery was unsuccessful and to advise on the next steps they will take and your options for redelivery.

Non-UK delivery: This will depend on your local delivery service. Our delivery partner will notify you of an unsuccessful delivery and advise you on your options for redelivery or collection of your parcel.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to arrange collection from our warehouse.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently offer shipping to addresses in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and other selected countries (see full list below) from this site.

  • For delivery to Americas please use our US site
  • For delivery to Ireland please use our Ireland site 
  • For delivery to the rest of Europe please use our EU site 
Will I be charged VAT and import duties for overseas order?

Deliveries within the UK will be subject to the VAT rate correct at the time of order. For deliveries to Jersey and Guernsey please select ‘Jersey’ or ‘Guernsey’ as the delivery address country to ensure VAT is recalculated during checkout. For deliveries outside the UK VAT won’t be charged on your order. However, import duties may apply depending on the delivery country and size of your order.

What do I do if my delivery does not arrive?

If your delivery has not arrived within the following timescales please Contact Us with your order reference number:

  • Standard/Free UK delivery: Please allow 10 working days from the date of despatch.
  • Express UK delivery: Please allow a full working day from the date of despatch for mainland UK deliveries and 2 full working days for other locations.
  • RoW delivery: Please allow 20 working days from the date of despatch.
My delivery is damaged - what should I do?

Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged package; retain the packaging, take photographs of the damage if possible and Contact Us as soon as possible so we can assist further.
