Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Next Working Day Delivery (Delivered by DPD)

  • Orders must be placed by 3 PM (Monday - Friday) in order to qualify. Your order will then be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3 PM on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the next working day (Monday). 

Standard Delivery (Delivered by Royal Mail)

  • UK - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 2-3 working days
  • IRE/EUR - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days
  • USA and Rest of World - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 7-14 working days.

Can I track my order?

This will depend on the delivery method chosen. If a tracked delivery option is chosen tracking will be provided by our delivery partner on despatch via email/SMS.

What do I do if I miss my delivery?

This will depend on your local delivery service. Our delivery partner will notify you of an unsuccessful delivery and advise you on your options for redelivery or collection of your parcel.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to arrange collection from our warehouse.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently offer shipping to addresses in the US, Canada, Mexico and other selected countries (see full list below) from this site.

  • For delivery to Europe excluding Ireland please use our EU site 
  • For delivery to Ireland use our Ireland site 
  • For delivery to the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand please use our UK site 
What do I do if my delivery does not arrive?

If your delivery has not arrived within 15 working days please Contact Us with your order reference number:

My delivery is damaged - what should I do?

Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged package; retain the packaging, take photographs of the damage if possible and Contact Us as soon as possible so we can assist further.

Will I be charged import duties for overseas order?

All orders are dispatched from the UK. Therefore import duties may apply depending on the delivery country and size of your order. For customers in the USA duty charges will only apply for orders greater than $800.
